This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner without due process of law by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 29.05.2025 and the reminder on 2.06.2025 on the file of respondents 1 and 2 herein.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that FIR has been registered against the petitioner and others in Crime No.156 of 2025 for the offence under Section 79 of BNS and that the petitioner has been arrayed as A1. Hence, there is no question of harassment.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

4. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the respondent police for investigation.
