This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14230 of 2023 vide order dated 27.6.2023, to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7 (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14230 of 2023 dated 27.6.2023 in respect of this petitioner alone modified to the effect that the petitioner (A1) shall report before the respondent police on the second and fourth Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
