O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to grant permission and police protection for conducting the Volley Ball Tournament to be held on 20.07.2019 and 21.07.2019.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3.The representation that has been filed before this Court does not have any acknowledgement to show that the respondent police received the representation. That apart the invitation that has been filed before this Court also shows that the date of the Tournament has been written in hand. Therefore, this Court is not in a position to grant the relief as sought for by the petitioner.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondent police by giving the invitation for conducting the Volley Ball Tournament. The respondent police on receipt of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the representation shall grant permission and police protection by imposing reasonable conditions. The petitioner shall pay the necessary charges for the police protection granted by the respondent police.
