ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition alleging that his wife Mrs. Kiran D/O Goutham Chand has been missing from 23.5.2016.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up, the petitioner as well as the detenue appeared before this Court. They were identified by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The detenue submitted that she was not abducted by anybody and she had gone to North to have a temple visit. Now, she returned and joined with the petitioner.
4. The statement is recorded. Thus, the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed.
