2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the civil revision petition in CRP.No.2962 of 2010 is restored.

4. Registry is directed to post the civil revision petition before this Court.
