Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records form the respondent pertaining to the impugned proceedings Na.Ka.No.1431/A3/VE(U)/2012 dated 27.04.2013 and its consequential G.O.No.119 dated 13.05.2013 and quash the same and to consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner as President of Korkai panchayat, Nagapattinam District, in view of the TANSI case, 2004 (2) SCC page 9.
