ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in para No.3 in Crl.M.P.No.17887 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27873 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024, that the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, and the 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in para No.3 in Crl.M.P.No.17887 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27873 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024, that the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, and the 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 21.07.2025 cda To The Inspector of Police, Veppankuppam Police Station, Vellore District.
