CMP.No.11652 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 2059 days in filing the petition to set-aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd petitioner namely Babu in the above Civil Revision Petition in CRP.No.2962 of 2010.

2.CMP.No.11655 of 2023 has been filed to Set-aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd Petitioner namely Babu in the above Civil Revision Petition in CRP.No.2962 of 2010.

3.CMP.No.11657 of 2023 has been filed to bring the proposed petitioners 5 to 7 herein being the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd petitioner namely Babu in the Civil Revision Petition in CRP.No.2962 of 2010, on record as petitioners 5 to 7 in the above Civil Revision Petition in CRP.No.2962 of 2010.

4.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5.Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
