This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 4 days in filing the above appeal against the fair and decreetal order dated 29.03.2022 made in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in F.C.O.P.No.437 of 2017 on the file of the Family Court, Salem.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the entire materials available on record.

3.Though notice has been served on the respondent and her name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for her either in person or through counsel.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

5.Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order.
