O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to issue Food Inspection and Sampling Training Certificate and to allow the Petitioner to act as Food Inspector. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioner is working as Sanitary Inspector in Erode Corporation. To hold the additional post of Food Inspector, the petitioner was sent for Food Inspection and Sampling Training as per the orders of the Government, issued in G.O.D.No.452 Health and Family Welfare Department dated 05.04.2007 and after completion of the said course, he has approached the 2nd respondent to issue Food Inspection and Sampling Training Certificate, but, the 2nd respondent has not issued the same and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition, to direct the 2nd respondent to issue Food Inspection and Sampling Training Certificate and to allow him to act as Food Inspector.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the said certificate has been issued by the respondent and nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

4. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
