This petition has been filed seeking to amend the name of the sureties satisfaction Court as "learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirupathur" instead of learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tirupathur, in Crl.O.P.No.13353 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
