2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3.Heard Mr.S.Senthilmurugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.M.Prabhavathi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that there is no petition/complaint is pending as against the petitioner.
