This Court vide order dated 25.09.2023 has directed the learned counsel for the petitioners to pay the batta in all the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions within a period of two weeks, if steps are not taken, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions will stand dismissed.

2. On earlier occasion i.e., on 19.10.2023, at request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter has been adjourned to 20.10.2023 under the caption "For Orders", however, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioners and no steps have been taken to comply the order passed by this Court dated 25.09.2023.

3. In view of the above, the aforesaid Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
