Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to permit the Petitioner to join the services in the Department of Cooperative Societies, Namakkal, Salem region, where the Petitioner was earlier functioning as Sub Registrar, Co-Op.Societies, Public (Distribution System), Salem/Namakkal Region.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to permit the Petitioner to join the services in the Department of Cooperative Societies, Namakkal, Salem region.

After some elaborate arguments by the learned counsel on either side, it is stated by the learned counsel for the Respondents that the representations of the Petitioner had already been rejected on two occasions by orders dated 18.6.2015 and 14.6.2016 and the copies of the same are produced before this court as well as given to the Petitioner. Hence, if the Petitioner is aggrieved, he can only challenge those orders. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected MP is closed.
