ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S.Sathishkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, assisted by Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that directions be given to the respondents not to put up the shed for solid waste management in the park situated at Eveready Nagar, Ariyanvayal, Minjur Town Panchayat, Tiruvallur District.

3. We have disposed of a similar matter bearing W.P.No.19825 of 2023 (D.Venkatesan v. The District Collector, Tiruvallur District and others) under order dated 06.07.2023 relying on the judgment of a Full Bench of this Court delivered in the case of P.Karthikeyan and others v. Commissioner, Coimbatore Corporation in W.A.No.4078 of 2019, vide order dated 26.4.2021.

4. In the light of that, it would not be possible for us to pass orders in the present writ petition. If the petitioner has made some grievance about the feasibility, it is for the authorities to consider the same.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.20063 of 2023 is closed. (S.V.G., CJ.) (P.D.A., J.) 14.07.2023 Index :
