This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No.8(a) in Crl.O.P.No.1542 of 2025, dated 24.01.2025 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No.8(a) in Crl.O.P.No.1542 of 2025, dated 24.01.2025 is relaxed.
