ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.Mohan, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr.K.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the second respondent.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction against respondents 1 and 2 to remove the unauthorized advertisement board displayed by the third respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the first respondent on instructions submits that the said advertisement Board has been removed in the month of February, 2024.

4. In view of the said statement, the purpose of the writ petition stands served. The writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
