This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.5.2025 and take necessary action.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.

3. On a perusal of the records, it is seen that the petitioner made a representation before the respondent-Police with regard to sexual assault on a girl student of Anna University. On the said case, after completion of proper investigation and a full fledged trial, judicial verdict had already been rendered. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this type of petition at this stage. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
