Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.05.2021 to regularize the land property situated in Coimbatore Registration District, Singanallur Sub-Registration District, Uppillipalayam Village, Survey No.303/1, Acre 1.19 in which divided plot site No.10 bounded by West-Krishnasamy land, East by - Site No.11, South by - Gopalsamy Naidu Land, North by - 20 feet road in between South North West side - 65 feet, East - 63 feet, both side East West - 40 feet, extent of 2560 Sq.Ff (or) 5 cents 382 sq.ft.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.05.2021 to regularize the land comprised in Survey No.303/1, to an extent of 2560 sq.ft situated in Coimbatore Registration District, Singanallur Sub-Registration District, Uppillipalayam Village.

2. Heard, Mr.R.Amardeep, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.05.2021, to regularize the property, comprised in Survey No.303/1, to an extent of 2560 sq.ft situated in Coimbatore Registration District, Singanallur SubRegistration District, Uppillipalayam Village, purchased by his father during 1979, which was acquired under the Tamil Nadu Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation Act), 1978. As per G.O.Ms.No.649 dated 29.07.1998 and G.O.Ms.No.565, dated 30.09.2008, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any and after giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
