Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records which culminated in passing the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in his proceeding na.ka.No.34860/ g3/2018-19 dated 23.10.2020 and consequential order of approval issued by the 3rd respondent in his proceeding ne.mu.no.3291/U4/2020 dated 30.11.2020 sofar as column-5, in and which mentioned the approval from 24.10.2020 and quash the same and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner with effect from 14.12.2017 as Assistant Professor (Economics) and pay the salary.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and to that effect, he has also submitted a letter dated 01.07.2022 before the Registry.

2. In view of the above said letter and the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
