Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioners representation dated 14.06.2016 to cancel the fraudulent registration of the Document in the name of Mary Sacred Heart Ammal.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner and five others claim to be the successors in interest in respect of S.No.1270/1 and S.No.1271/2 in Sembium, Madhavaram Taluk and Thiruvallur District and according to her, the name of one Mary Sacred Heart Ammal has been incorporated in the EC in respect of the above said property in question and alleging fraud and fabrication, the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 14.06.2016 to the respondents 1 to 3 for cancellation of the said entry and since no orders have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

been passed, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.B.Elayaraja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

4.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2016, in accordance with law, after putting on notice the fourth respondent and pass orders, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the fourth respondent.
