This Petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 8 to 10 herein who are the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent herein.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title, if the papers are otherwise in order.
