This petition has been filed to relax the conditions that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court dated 28.04.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9625 of 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
