This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police and their subordinate officials not to harass the petitioner in connection with recovery of due amount of the defacto complainant namely K.V.Kamaraja in Crime No. 135 of 2018.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that a case in Crime No.135 of 2018 was registered against the petitioner's father and he was arrested and released on bail. There is no case against this petitioner. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
