This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent the Inspector of Police, Anti-Land Grabbing Special Cell, District Crime Branch, Kancheepuram District, Kancheepuram to register a case upon the complaint dated 15.10.2018 against the accused/respondents and investigate the matter and file a final report before the Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
