O R D E R

The petitioner is the husband. In a petition filed by the respondent/wife in I.A.No.12 of 2019 in H.M.O.P.No.68 of 2018 on the file of Family Court, Villupuram an order was passed directing the husband to undergo medical test.

2. Even though, the order was passed on 20.02.2019, the test is yet to be completed till date. The petitioner is ready and willing to subject himself for all the medical tests. Now, the examination of the

petitioner is at the stage of sending him to Urologist at Madras Medical College, Chennai. Unless a direction is given by the Court, the medical authority will not conduct the test. Therefore, the petitioner/husband seeks direction to expedite the completion of medical test as ordered by the trial Court.

3. Since the petitioner subjected himself to the medical test and seeks completion of the medical test, this Court is inclined to direct the Family Court, Villupuram to complete the proceedings in IA.No.12 of 2019 as early as possible.

4. Accordingly, a direction is given to the Family Judge, Villupuram to issue necessary direction to the medical authority to complete the medical test as ordered in I.A.No.12 of 2019 in H.M.O.P.No.68 of 2018 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
