Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of declaration declaring that assumption of jurisdiction by the 1st and 2nd respondents over the petitioner company and its Directors and Consultatnts under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 in connection with the case having Ref.No.ECIR/05/DZ/2012 dated 07.02.2012 being investigated by the 1st and 2nd respondents in relation to the FIR having Ref.No.Rc-DAI-201-A0022 registered by the CBI against the Maran Brothers and others and the consequential summons issued by the 2nd respondent under section 50 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 under file having Ref.No.ECIR/05/DZ/2012 dated 07.02.2012 to the Directors and Consultant of the petitioner company as without authority of law and ultravires the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, abuse of process, vexatious and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution.

ORDER

Mr.R.Thiyagarajan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, assisted by Mr.R.Parthiban and Mr.C.Vigneswaran, Advocates, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition by adding the Directors and Consultant of the petitioner / Private Limited Company, as the parties and also made an endorsement in the writ petition to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No cost. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
