ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the second respondent, Tahsildar, Mylapore Taluk, Chennai to consider her representation dated 05.05.2018 for issuance of Sub Division Patta.

2.The petitioner claims to have been purchased two properties in two different documents dated 06.07.2017 and 14.12.2017 to the extent of 1087.5 sq.ft. and 473.5 sq.ft. comprised in Old No.2133, New No.1693 situated at Old No.20, New No.9 Veerapathiran Street, Mylapore, Chennai-600 004 registered as Document Nos.2113 and 3895 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Mylapore, Chennai. measured and patta has not been issued, she has sent a representation dated 05.05.2018 to the respondents for issuance of patta so as to get a loan for her business purpose from a Nationalised Bank.

3.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has to produce the original title deeds namely either patta or sale deed issued in favour of the immediate vendor or previous vendor. 4.As the petitioner is not able to produce the patta in favour of the immediate vendor or previous vendor to prove her ownership, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
