J U D G M E N T
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This writ appeal has arisen out of the interim order passed by the writ Court in W.M.P.Nos.23665 and 23666 of 2018 in W.P.No.20198 of 2018 dated 24.04.2019.
2. Today when the writ appeal is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Suresh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellants has submitted that though this appeal has arisen out of the interim order passed by the writ Court, 2/5
during the pendency of the writ appeal, the first respondent who was the petitioner in W.M.P as well as the writ petition has been considered for appointment and accordingly, appointment has been given to him by issuance of G.O.(Ms)No.389, Law (LS) Department, dated 04.07.2023 and in support of his contention, he has produced the copy of the Government Order also.
3. In view of the said development during the pendency of the writ appeal where the very first respondent / writ petitioner himself has been considered and appointment has been given, nothing further survives in this appeal to pursue, as the issue if at all anything still there, it can be decided in the main writ petition.
4. In view of the aforestated, this writ appeal having become infructuous is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
