This Petition has been filed to set aside the dismissal order dated 20.06.2023 passed against the petitioner and restore the Second appeal in S.A.No.620 of 2007.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsels on either side, the petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to restore the above Second Appeal No.620 of 2007 and Post the case on 11.08.2023.
