J U D G M E N T

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is preferred against the order dated 11.07.2006 passed by the first respondent / Inspector General of Registration.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant would contend that the market value assessed by the second respondent was Rs.406/- per sq.ft... whereas, the first respondent has redetermined the value as Rs.477/- per sq.ft.

3. The learned Government Advocate (CS) would submit that the Government, under G.O.Ms.No.189, Commercial Taxes and Registration (J1) Department, dated 29.12.2017, has announced Samadhan Scheme. As per the said Government Order, all the appeals, which are pending before this Court as on 08.06.2017, under Section 47-A(10) of the Indian Stamp Act are covered by the Scheme.

4. The learned counsel for the appellant also would submit that he is willing to avail the benefits under Samadhan Scheme.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the matter is referred to the first respondent, for being considered the case of the appellant under Samadhan Scheme.

6. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of with the above observation and direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
