2. It is informed that challenging the order under contempt, a writ appeal in WA.No.2701 of 2025 has been preferred. In the said Writ Appeal the respondent has obtained an order of stay.

3. In view of the stay obtained by the respondent in W.A. No. 2701 of 2025, the contempt petition is closed.
