CMP.Nos.17882, 17768 & 17883 of 2023 in SA.No.1491 of 2011 C.KUMARAPPAN, J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1677 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement in impleading the legal heirs of the first appellant as appellants 13 to 16.

2. There is no serious objection raised by the respondents.

3. Having considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and having satisfied with the same, this Court is inclined to allow these applications.

4. In the result, these CMPs are allowed. Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the cause title.
