This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6589 of 2023 on 08.06.2023 that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, final report is filed and the case is taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.38 of 2023.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on the hearing dates without fail.
