O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.98 of 2018 from the file of Sub Inspector of Police,S-9, Palavanthangal Police Station to any other independent investigation agency and to conduct proper investigation.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to transfer the investigation to any other police, in the light of the fact that the police have arrested A2 and A3. However, this Court directs the Assistant Commissioner of Police, St. Thomas Mount, Chennai to monitor the investigation in Palavanthangal Police Station Crime No.98 of 2018.
