This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8533 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
