Considering the limited prayer sought for, notice to the respondents is deemed unnecessary.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of RCOP.No.75 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur.

3. Eviction is sought for on the ground of own use and occupation and willful default. The petitioner is said to be a senior citizen aged about 60 years.

4. Considering the same and the fact that the petition itself is pending for nearly 5 years now, there will be a direction to the learned Rent Controller / Principal District Munsif, Alandur to dispose of RCOP.No.75 of 2016 within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order in this Revision.
