This writ petition is filed for a direction, directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's online application dated 07.05.2024 in No.2024/ 0103/02/233685 seeking to survey the petitioner property situated at Sozhinganallur-1 Village, Sozhinganallur Taluk, Chennai District in Survey No.508/43 and 508/47 admeasuring to an extent of 4800 square feet comprised in patta No.784 and transfer the patta to the name of the present owners viz. petitioner and K.Lakshmikanth as per Sale Deed in Doc.12750/2023, SRO, Sozhinganallur

2. The petitioner submitted an application on 07.05.2024 seeking for conducting survey and transfer of patta, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the 2/4

respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 07.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
