The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 08.04.024, seeking to cancel the sale deed dated 05.10.2020 vide Document No.6649 of 2020, Power Deed dated 08.10.2020 vide Document No.6818 of 2020 and Sale Deeds dated 01.04.2022 vide document Nos.3682 and 3683 of 2022, on the file of the 2/4

third respondent by conducting enquiry.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties amicably.
