ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN J.) The petitioner claims to be the husband of one Shobana and father of two minor children, Manish Priya aged about 7 years and Mothi Kannan aged about 6 years. Alleging that they have been missing from 03.06.2015, he made a complaint on 06.6.2016 and based on the complaint, a case has been registered in Cr.No.507/15 on the file of the respondent. Since no steps have been taken to secure the detenus, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detenue has eloped with one Babu and she is living with him.

4. We are satisfied that there is no illegal detention warranting issuance of writ of Habeas Corpus.
