2. Even today, i.e. 08.12.2021, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition No.20649 of 2021 stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No.11257 of 2021 is closed.
