Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other order or direction in the nature of a writ, direct the respondents to issue Teacher Eligibility Test Result Certificate vide Roll No.17TE26606624, vide C.V.No.MM29221 - TNTET Paper-II - 2017 to the petitioner within the time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

The Petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the respondents to to issue Teacher Eligibility Test Result Certificate vide Roll No.17TE26606624, vide C.V.No.MM29221 - TNTET Paper-II - 2017 within a fixed time.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader, Mr. C. Munusamy, submitted that the certificate will be issued in favour of the petitioner within a period of two weeks on payment of Rs.100/-, towards fee for issuance of certificate, by the petitioner in favour of the Teachers Recruitment Board, College Road, Chennai 600006.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a sum of Rs.100/- towards the fee for issuance of certificate has already been paid by the petitioner in favour of Teachers Recruitment Board vide DD https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.028677 dated 16.09.2019 drawn on Indian Overseas Bank.

4. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to issue the certificate to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
