This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.1/ e.12034659/ 2022 dated 08.01.2024 on the file of the second respondent and order bearing No.Prl.A.G.(A&E)/Legal Cell/WP No:32755/ 2023/2023-24/ 1970/50018 dated 12.03.2024 on the file of the first respondent dated 12.03.2024.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and also seeks liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the rule. 2/4

In view of the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the rule. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
