It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the second appeal in S.A.No.1261 of 2011, touching the legal rights of the petitioner, is pending. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to place all the materials for consideration before the Court concerned. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above submissions and endorsement made on behalf of the petitioner, liberty is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
