ORDER
This writ petition has been filed against the impugned tender notification dated 29.6.2018 so belatedly after almost two weeks from the date of opening the bid. In the present case, the last date for submission of the bid was 4.7.2018 at 3.00 PM. On the same day, it was scheduled to be opened at 3.30 PM. It is not known why the petitioner has not swiftly acted before the opening of bid, if he had a grievance. As the prayer https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
has now become infructuous,this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.21630 & 21631 of 2018 are also dismissed. No costs.
