ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.5783 of 2026 dated 16.03.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph No.8 (b) in Crl.OP.No.5783 of 2026 dated 16.03.2026 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the learned District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Coimbatore, once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders". The other conditions remain unaltered.
