Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation dated 06.09.2017 which was given by the petitioner for the issuance of patta in her favour within stipulated time.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider her representation dated 06.09.2017 wherein she has sought for patta in her favour in respect of the land situated at Avalapalli Village, Osur, Krishnagiri District measuring to an extent of 3.30.0 hectares in S. No.481 within the stipulated time. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's father in law Sinthamani was in possession and enjoyment of the above said land and the petitioner has been paying kist to the said land.

3.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the above said land is a grazing land which is not amenable for issuance of patta. 4.As the petitioner is not able to produce any document to prove her ownership, she is not entitled to get patta. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
