This writ petition has been filed for issue of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the entire records relating to the Public Auction/Tender Notice dated 27.06.2016 made in Na.Ka.No. 452/2016/a3 on the file of the respondent herein and quash the same.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, at length, when this Court was not convinced with the case of the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the permission sought and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected W.M.Ps are closed.
