O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Alandur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 376 of 2012 within the stipulated time.

2. The plaintiffs in the suit O.S.No.376 of 2012, are the revision petitioners herein.

3. Considering the narrow scope, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties, the learned Additional District Munsif Court, at Alandur, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.376 of 2012, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
