This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri in D.No.479 of 2022 dated 24.03.2022.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in Crl.O.P.No.21085 of 2020, this Court by an order dated 06.01.2021, directed the trial Court to dispose of the Crl.M.P.No.887 of 2019 in S.C.No.105 of 2013, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. However, the learned Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri has sent communication dated 24.03.2022 in D.No. 479 of 2022, narrating the sequence of proceedings of the Crl.M.P.No.887 of 2019 in S.C.No.105 of 2013 and sought further period of six months time to complete the trial in the said case.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant six months time to dispose of the Crl.M.P.No.887 of 2019 in S.C.No.105 of 2013 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 12.07.2022 mn G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.
